When an order is placed on the the App / Website of Carter for carter’s listed Multi vendor products, order information will be communicated within 24 hours to Carter’s Customer Success Manager or customer database via Convictional. Veeway Infotech Private Limited Agrees to ship in stock products within 24 business hours after order has been communicated.

We offering affordable & Flat shipping fare for all orders based on the distance on pick up point to delivery point calculated via geo location map.
Order confirmations will include a tracking number. If you do not receive this confirmation Notification message via app / email, please check your spam or junk folder. If you still have not received it, please email customer service (address) and we will send it to you shortly.
Please note that order containing multiple items may arrive in separate packages. Products on our site may be shipped directly from the vendor / sellers.
Based on the shipping method offered by our partners / drivers your order will be shipped by the vehicle based on the parcel wight capacity. You will receive a tracking number / live Tracking map link with every order so you will always be aware of which carrier is delivering your package.
